Refund Policy

This policy applies to credit packs bought on thechipmunksdance.com. Payments are not available yet; this policy applies once they launch.

Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Failed generations

If a video fails to generate, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Unused credits

If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund.

Used credits

Credits already spent on videos that generated successfully are not refundable, except:

• where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund;
• where a technical fault on our side made the videos unusable.

If you used part of a pack and think one of these applies, contact us and we will review it.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@thechipmunksdance.com from the address on your account, with your order number and the reason.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. How long the money takes to arrive depends on your bank and the payment processor. When a pack is refunded, its remaining credits are removed from your balance.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually resolve it faster. If a payment is reversed, the credits from that pack are removed from your balance.
